چکیده
Introduction: The frequency of births infants with perinatal pathology has increased inrecent years. aim this study is to determination lead content in the biomedias ofnewborns hypoxic-ischemic damage central nervous system (CNS).
Materials andMethods: We studied influence children, which were born hypoxicischemiclesion CNS (HIL CNS). Determination microelement was carried out theblood serum, erythrocytes and urine 30 newborn suffered from asphyxiaafter birth. comparison group consisted healthy full-term newborns.
Results: In thebiomedias children HIL system, a toxic trace element leadhas been identified poorly retained placenta, so fetus more vulnerable toits effects prenatal period. article features serum, erythrocytes term lesions areinvestigated. This subjects had serum erythrocyte concentration lead. The high hypoxia already at birthmay indicate transplacental penetration possibility itsnegative impact on course pregnancy.
Conclusions: prognostic significance thelead high. Thus, informative index (?) for 7.40, theprognostic factor (PC) + 15.1. As value erythrocytesand urine, very predictor properties are established them: ? = 7.44; PC 7.0 =13.42; 16.1 respectively.

The correlation between myocardial function and cerebral hemodynamics in term infants with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy.
This study investigated the effect of myocardial dysfunction on the cerebral hemodynamics in term infants with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy (HIE). We evaluated myocardial systolic and diastolic functional parameters and cerebral hemodynamic parameters in 40 term newborn infants with HIE and 30 healthy controls during the first 14 days of life using two-dimensional/pulsed Doppler ultrasound. ...

Introduction there are one million deaths from asphyxia in newborn annually. Management of this newborn is only supportive. Autologuse stem cell therapy may reduce mortality and long term morbidity. Outcome of asphyxiated newborn is related to damage CNS cells. Stem cells prevent Apoptosis and induce repairmen of injured neurons. Methods in a review study all article related to three keyword...
